Secondary Science Graduate Route to Licensure
NEW! Graduate Route to Licensure Master Of Education Degree In Secondary Science Education
The Graduate Route to Licensure (GRL) Master of Education (M.Ed.) program is a new program designed for persons with a bachelor degree in a science area that desires to become a secondary science teacher. This program provides students the opportunity to acquire all coursework needed for certification as a science teacher while also completing a Plan C Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree. Students in this program complete 40 semester credits of education courses, which include science teaching methods courses and a student teaching semester. In addition, students in this program are also required to complete any additional courses required for certification in their specific science discipline.
