We research, teach, lead, and serve in partnership with other stakeholders in the educational process.
 
We research and advance knowledge in the fields of teacher education and leadership. 
 
We teach using a variety of approaches and methods that draw upon current research and multiple theories of teaching and learning.
 
We lead by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to advocate for improving the educational process in classrooms, schools, and communities. 
 
We serve our students, our profession, and our communities through individual and collective responses to diverse educational contexts and conditions. 
 
We continually evaluate our research, teaching, leadership, and service to ensure their relevance and effectiveness for our students and other stakeholders in the educational community.
